Below are some projects that we are or have recently undertaken as Principal Contractor.
Construction of 40 staff accommodation units within a school campus for special needs students. This was constructed across two single storey blocks.
Form of Construction:
The build included strip footing foundations and traditional brickwork with aluminium sheet roofing and bespoke guttering and downpipes. Internally all bedrooms were built with en-suite bathrooms and each block had a dedicated kitchen and lounge area.
All spoil from earthworks was kept on site forming an earthworks mound for value engineering and to reduce cost to our client.
