New school building containing classrooms and office space constructed over 2 phases. Phase 1 of the build consisted of single storey building only allowing for three classrooms on ground floor, office and toilet facilities.
Form of Construction:
Traditional construction utilising pre-cast concrete floors and piled foundations. Externally the building was rendered with a Webber Pral M Render System and the roof was constructed using tapered flat roofing insulation to allow for surface water drainage.
