Development of 9 apartments in Purley consisting of 6 x 1-bedroom apartments and 3 x 3-bedroom apartments each with outdoor terrace spaces.
Form of Construction:
Details of the build included feature brickwork and aluminium cladding around bay windows. Internally the flats were finished to extremely high standard with shaker style kitchens, Bosch appliances and quartz worktops. The bathrooms utilised Porcelanosa tiles and chrome sanitaryware with all the bedrooms having fitted wardrobes.
External works included resin driveway with granite sets and landscaped garden. Separate timber bike and bin stores were also included as part of the build.
